Robert M. Anderson, Esquire

Mr. Anderson is a partner in Escandon, Fernicola, Anderson & Covelli, LLP, which is one of the most reputable legal firms in the state of New Jersey. He is a certified civil trial attorney by the New Jersey Supreme Court and has been practicing for over twenty-five (25) years.  A certified civil trial attorney is a member in good standing of the New Jersey bar for at least five (5) years, been favorably evaluated by judges and other attorneys familiar with his or her work, fulfilled ongoing continuing legal education requirements, passed a written examination covering various aspects of trial practice, and demonstrated a significant level of experience in civil trial law.  Of the more than 70,000 attorneys in the State of New Jersey less than three (3%) percent have earned the designation of a Certified Trial Attorney. 

During his initial legal career he was a staff attorney for a large insurance company for over ten (10) years.  Since that time he has been in private practice with various firms in New Jersey representing both employers and employees.  He is licensed to practice in both State and Federal Courts.  His representation of clients has ranged from complex whistleblower matters,  discrimination claims and personal injury actions.  Past clients include: physicians; executives; nurses; educators; sales personnel; secretaries; state employees; county employees; township employees; and other employment positions.

Mr. Anderson has argued on behalf of clients before the Superior Court, the Appellate Division of the Superior Court and the New Jersey Supreme Court.  In addition, he has represented clients before the various State and Federal Administrative Agencies.
